Sticky Honey Balsamic Brussels
3 Tablespoons honey
1lb brussels sprouts, washed and cut in half
3 Tablespoons balsamic glaze
2 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3 Tablespoons salted butter
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 450 and place baking sheet in oven to preheat the pan. Wash and trim the bottom part of the brussels sprouts, then slice in half. Coat with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper then toss. Once oven is preheated remove baking sheet and place brussels sprouts on the baking sheet. Cook for 25-30 minutes until roasted
While brussels are in the oven make your sauce. Brown the butter, as soon as butter starts to brown add crushed red pepper and garlic. Cook for 1 minute and remove from the heat. Add balsamic glaze and honey. Stir and pour over brussels. Enjoy
