Healthy Corn Dip

I live for Lake days and snacks! This healthy corn dip is a fan favorite and hits the spot every time! Make it before hand and serve it cold. You could also use canned corn instead of fresh :)

Corn Dip

3 ears of corn, cooked

1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half

1 cup greek yogurt

1 clove garlic

2 limes, juiced

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon paprika

Garnish with chives and serve with tortilla chips

You can add more Greek yogurt if you’d like and tweak it if you don’t like an ingredient. If you don’t like cilantro- FRESH DILL would be yummy too!
