Losing weight is a mind F$&% especially w/ PCOS

My weight was always my biggest insecurity!

I have always been a bigger girl, but with aging your body changes and it’s really hard to come to terms with sometimes.

I just want to feel comfortable in my body and that is my only goal. I think it’s hard to be #vulnerable about weight loss for me personally because people always say things like

“Well you’re curvy”

You’re not fat, you’re pretty”

“Don’t lose your butt while working out”

First of all I hate these phrases and second I know they are meant to make people feel better but these things are so bothersome. They do not police smaller people for these things and fat people shouldn’t be either. Although we all have our own struggles

Also just because I’m city fat doesn’t mean I’m not fat😂 which I’m not offend by but it makes it hard and then when you lose weight people start treating you differently which I would rather not deal with. I just want to be comfortable with me.
