✨🫶🏻 why I LOVE RV camping with my FAMILY

Last year my husband and I purchased our first RV (travel trailer). We never owned a travel trailer before or never had any family members / close friends who did either. But after seeing so many people hit the roads in their RVs, it sparked our interest to check out the #rvlife

After 7 trips (so far…more to come this summer) these are my top reasons why I love the RV life:

• it’s our home on wheels! We can take our vacation home where ever! Which is a huge plus for me bc I get homesick easily.

• a budget friendly option to travel especially with kids! No plane tickets needed 😉 we stayed on the beach a couple of times and it cost us a fraction of the price of what a hotel room would have cost for “an ocean view”.

• explore the outdoors! There’s tons of rv campsites that are located in beautiful parts of the country that we can explore! We have yet to go out of our state (California) but we hope to soon!

• be outside for most of the day! My kids play outside literally all day when we camp! They love exploring, bike riding, playing games & meeting new kids!

• most of all, i appreciate that I am able to slow down for a bit and really soak up the time with my family. Telling stories by the camp fire, riding bikes on different paths, exploring new areas…just spending quality time with my family.

Yes, you can do some of these things at home but I know it’s so much easier to get distracted by my long to do list. When we camp, I leave my to do list at home and live in the moment 🥹🫶🏻
