My number one question is can you survive off of real estate agent income alone and support yourself and a family - the answer is yes and no. I definitely recommend having a side hustle the first couple years in business. They say 3-5 years (like in any business) is when it starts to get good. Real estate income is also not consistent so it's good to have a steady, consistent form of income at first until you get used to being a real estate agent or see if it's even the right career for you.
