Most common websites you’ll use as a realtor

I use these websites EVERYDAY! And if you're a real estate agent, you probably do too. Here's what they are in detail:

MLS = multiple listing service. My area's MLS is called "Bright", but every county has a different one and name. If you are servicing multiple areas in your state, you will need to join multiple MLS's which costs more $$$. I pay $120 a quarter for my MLS

ZIP FORMS = we used to use DotLoop, and then switched to ZipForms. This has all the docs you need in a real estate transaction ready to be filled in and can be sent to your client for signatures. Upload EVERYTHING in here!

CANVA = the pro version is worth it. I use this for everything and it's so easy to use!
