Skills Check Off Day: Iv Medication 💊

Today we had an exam at 10am and then we went into lab around 1pm to start checking off on our Iv Medication push check off!

What we did:

1. Insert an IV

2. Hang IV fluids and add a secondary attachment

3. Find out which pain medication we were going to be giving based on the patients chart

4. Discontinue the medications

5. Check off in front of the instructor

To be honest it was an eventful but very long day!
