Just a few of the meals I’ve had so far in October.
First pic is some ✨baked salmon and rice✨ that my boo made. It was SO fire. Salmon came from Sprouts, as usual. I love shopping at Sprouts, even though they’re kind of high. I usually try to get discounts on Uber Eats.
Second pic is a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese croissant from Dunkin Donuts. It was pretty decent. I always get the croissant toasted so there’s a little bit of a crisp to it. 🔥
Third pic is a ✨spicy chicken biscuit✨ from Chick Fil A. It was decent but not as good as the regular chicken biscuit I usually get.
Last pic is some juicy ass ✨grilled chicky nuggies with mac✨ the mac tasted like someone forgot to put their back into it. Flavorless and watery. The chicken tasted almost like a Tex-Mex seasoning mix was used to marinate the meat in. It was good but the portion was NOT enough to keep me full but maybe a couple of hours.
Ya girl is HONGRY. I’ll keep sharing my pics and tips with yall to show how I’ve been losing weight. So far, I’m down about 27 lbs. 😊
