How to stay active while WFH 💻

2 ways I keep my activity levels up while I work from home:

1️⃣ Using my walking pad as I work! I'll put it on speed 1.5 mph so it's still easy to work & walk at the same time. I honestly get so much done while walking & working like it helps with my productivity for sure🙌🏼 I got mine from Amazon, brand: To Do

2️⃣ Scheduling in time for a workout! I like to start my day off with some work, go to the gym for a nice lil break, and then come back, eat, shower, and continue working 👩🏻‍💻
