This superset will for sureeee get that booty on fire. Two of the most elite exercises for growin the glutes🙌🏼 Make sure to take it slow and controlled throughout the whole movement (besides when you thrust upwards for the hip thrusts).

10000% use a barbell pad, mat, or even a towel to put in between your hips and the bar! If you don't currently have a pad and your gym also doesn't have one, I would recommend ordering one from Amazon asappp. Let's protect those hips!

A superset means doing 2 exercises back to back with little to no rest in between. So with this superset, you're starting with 8-12 reps of hip thrusts and then immediately going into 8-12 reps of kas glute bridge. This will challenge your glutes SO MUCH.

The difference b/w hip thrusts & kas glute bridge is basically the range of motion. With hip thrusts, you drop your hips as far down as you can to get the greatest stretch in your hammies & glutes and then thrust up. With KAS glute bridge, it's the same hinge motion except you only go down about halfway (your shins should stay vertical). This helps target your booty and takes out the hamstring work.
