If you want to make your at home, resistance band workout more effective, make sure when you’re doing each movement you are starting slow And coming back from the movement slow. This will make you have more tension during your workout.
Place resistant band over the knee for more range of motion
Choose a rubber resistance band for these movements. That way you can expand your leg as much as possible and complete the movement properly.
Make sure to always have a one second pause at the top of each movement. That way you can activate your glutes more.
