75 Soft - Day 1

The first day went amazingly well!

I already feel as though I have more energy. I was able to drink an entire gallon instead of three liters AND had it finished by 3pm! I started reading a book that I’m already enjoying and am feeling optimistic about day two. I want to do 75 hard, but I know 75 soft is a stepping stone to that. Setting goals that are achievable is an important part of success and preventing burnout.
