Home update: bookshelf decor

I absolutely love moving things around in my home, trying different layouts and combinations. Nothing really has a fixed place around here and I have recently made some changes on and around my vintage Enetri bookshelf. ✨🥹

For one, I have moved it to the side of the couch to make room for a sideboard on the other end of the living area and I also added a handmade Berber rug in front of it, which really ties the whole thing together. I also love the little blue accents on it, which match my Ikea KYRRE stool perfectly. 💙

On the bookshelf, I have added a clock from Karlsson, A poster from an Etsy shop and some smaller knick knacks that I thrifted like this small crystal bowl with amber details and two pots with succulents and cacti. 🌱

I also really love the idea of displaying a bunch of candles ready to be used this way, cute and practical! 🕯️✨
