😫NO MORE HEADACHES from over-scenting🤌🏼

As someone who’s sensitive to smells but still want my room to smell good, here’s how I SUBTLY scent my space 🫶🏼

💧 Essential Oils

I like adding a few drops on my Muji Aroma Stone or a small ceramic dish to let it evaporate and diffuse slowly; rather than using an electric diffuser which I feel diffuses the smell faster, making it a little overpowering for me... ⭐️ This also means saving money not having to invest in reed diffusers or an electric one 💁🏻‍♀️

🍃 Room Sprays

I like to spritz a small amount (2 pumps at most) on my curtains or over my bedding so they smell like fresh linen! ⭐️ Tip: I use the room spray just before I head off for my shower so I’m not in the room during the initial hit of strong fragrance 😃

🕯️ Candle Warmers

Well, I don’t actually own a proper candle warmer at the moment… I found that directing the light from my study lamp onto my candle warms it up just enough for the scent to diffuse 👀 (⭐️ So if you’re like me and don’t own a candle warmer, you could try this! Just make sure not to leave you study light on overnight as it may overheat?? - I usually don’t go past 3 hours since it wasn’t made for this purpose 🫣)

General things:

- I don’t do all these methods at the same time aka, I don’t mix the smells together

- I mostly pick scents that are natural, light and fresh to begin with so they aren’t cloying to my senses (but I do reserve some stronger scents for times I feel like changing it up heh)
