Is Joji’s Diner worth the hype?

First ever visit to Joji’s diner 😆 Heard about how crowded it gets in the afternoon, hence my bf and I decided to wakeup early, and be there by 10am (when it opens).

The area is rather quite difficult to find lots to park your car. Hence, I suggest that if you’re gg to drive ur car, do park at the nearest HDB (have to walk abit)!

When we got there, it was about 9:50am. & There was already someone queuing infront of us!! I noticed that there’s a paper where diners need to fill up their contact details (so that their staff’s can contact u when it’s your turn to enter). But since we were there before the shop opened, we didn’t have to fill it up.

At about 9:59am, there were crowds of diners making their way to the store (this really shows how popular this place is!!). Once it’s 10am, the doors were opened for us. Luckily, we came early as we get to choose where we would like to sit.

We then ordered these & here’s my verdict on it:

All-star plate:

Price : $12.50

Review : for the price, it is super worth it!!!!! It’s served with Scrombled eggs, Baked Beans, Bacon, Fresh Cherry tomatoes, toast, sausage, wild mushrooms & baked potato chunks.

omg so much for $12.50 only!! It’s super filing actually (was rlly surprised by it). And it’s really damn good!! I love how each ingredient compliments each other 💓

wayside Waffle

Price : $8.90

Review :

It comes with Buttermilk Cinnamon Waffle, Scrambled Eggs, Baked potato chunks and bacon.

Even though it has lesser ingredients as compared to all star plate, it’s actually SUPER FULL! i had a hard time finishing it (had to ask my bf for help 😂)! The waffle was super thick and crispy !! I like how they were super generous with the honey!! And omg I love love the scrambled eggs! The baked potato chunks were like hash browns! Overall super yummy for the price paid 🥰😍

Rate : 11/10!!!! (Do note that it takes awhile for the food to be served. Abt 15-20 mins)

It melts quite fast, but it taste rlly good! Tho it’s quite fattening 😂 but it’s super worth it! Tastes similar to black tap’s milkshake 😜

Overall verdict:

Joji’s diner is DEFINITELY WORTH THE HYPE!!! The price was surprisingly super affordable !!! Will I come back again? The answer is YES, in fact I’m craving for it rn as I’m typing this post 😅😍 everything about it is super good, the interior, the food, the service too! Just do rmb to come earlier to avoid the long queues later 😛
