Found this lovely place today while looking for a nice spot to study 🤭 it has plenty of seating inside and out, perfect for coffee dates, study breaks, and friend dates! Very spacious with friendly welcoming staff!

They are open from 7am-5pm and located in the central Phoenix area. Covered garage parking as well! Great AC if you need a place to cool off, but a nice open patio seating if you need a little sun!
