Alchemist The Heeren: The BEST Branch So Far 🥐☕️

I’ve said it 😌 This is by far my FAVOURITE Alchemist branch 🤎 Located right beside Design Orchard (where the old branch was), The new Alchemist now has created an outdoor cafe experience~

At first, I was worried that it may not be an enjoyable time since there would not be any air conditioning. But the design of the space was able to contain the wind powered by the fans and breeze coming from the street 🚗🍃

Be prepared to queue for a seat during the weekends but it won’t be long as the staff are always on a lookout to get you a space as soon as customers leave.

The counter was really spacious which made waiting for my drinks comfortable since it’s a self-service cafe.

As usual, the coffee never disappoints 💯☕️ The iced whites me and my friend ordered was robust and nutty 🌰 If you like sweeter coffee, I recommend asking for 2 sugar at the counter when you order.

I was especially excited about the pastries because they have savoury flavoured ones! I don’t recall them having those so I gave the sausage croissants a try and the raspberry pistachio croffin. I’m not much a sweet pastry person but the pistachio croffin was bursting with flavour from the pistachio cream and raspberry bits in the middle😍 I personally think you should order this if you only have stomach for one pastry.

Despite the weather, it wasn’t the slightest bit hot when I was inside the cafe. The space is really well ventilated but private at the same time as the leafy decors wrap around the walls.

This branch would be my go-to spot for my tea time break for sure! ☕️
