WEDDING BANDS ON A BUDGET | POH KIM JEWELLERY 💍

My partner and I got our 18k white gold wedding bands for $1.3k in total! 😍

However, it’s resided in a factory like building, and the interior is not the glamorous kind you would expect. So do take note of that! What I love about them is that they have a wide variety of wedding bands available at affordable rates and the customer service is excellent!

We also saw many young couples during our visit. You may call them to make an appointment or walk-in. We walked in as we didn’t know that we could make an appointment 😂

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐡 𝐊𝐢𝐦 𝐉𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐲:

• offers the best value for rings because it incurs zero expenses in advertising and promotion. Everyone who’s there were all referred by someone or another!

• it operates at an industrial building where rent is much lower, hence also able price their rings at a much lower rate

• offers free services such as polishing and resizing

• transaction is genuine and sincere

• we talked to the shop owner, and understood from him that the main reason why they price their rings at an affordable rate is because they understand there are many graduates or young couples who wish to propose, wish to settle down but faced with high costs of living in Singapore and may not have much funds to start with. He is not out to make excessive money from a single sale but rather, hopes to make sustainable profits from repeat clients and referrals.

𝐃𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞:

• it’s located at a rather ulu place but still accessible by train and bus!

• office interior is the 1970-1980s kind of interior style 😄 but that’s also why they are able to maintain costs low

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞:

The one I chose is same as the Tiffany & Co’s Harmony Band Ring design 😌 if you look at Tiff & Co website, the ring costs US$2,900. However I got it for $750 at Poh Kim 👍🏻 it’s really the exact same design except that you are paying for the brand name haha.

OH and they also do wedding ring services too! I casually enquired and they mentioned their lab-grown, 1 carat wedding ring is about $2-2.5k, depending on the 4Cs! This is MUCH CHEAPER than retailers outside who are selling 1 carat lab-grown wedding ring for $4-5k 🥺

P.S. very ugly hands here 😂 not a hand model and didn’t paint my nails to look a little more glamorous
