Wavy hair girlies help me please

I think I have wavy hair but I just don’t know how to treat it. This is how my hair looks like after being touched by water and dried. Im always looking for ways to style it and make it look pretty with like some styling creams or something but it never works. So this is where I turn To you all lol I need help, any recommendations?
