Help me with my existential crisis real quick?

Girl if you looking for tips/solutions/learning experience like I provide in my other posts, IT AINT HERE CHILE!

I just recently had an epiphany that I tie most of my identity to my accomplishments. I talked about it a bit in my previous “what does failure look like” post. SHOUT OUT TO MY THERAPIST FOR GIVING ME THE TOOLS! Now that I have this information, I’m not sure what to do with it. For now, I’ve been trying to actively think about what makes me me and my best qualities are. I think it’s helping but I’m still a bit lost. I’m going to talk about this with my therapist, but I’m curious to see if what the other girlies tie their identity too. Is it a hobby? Sport? Self care? Beauty? Hair? Or maybe “I’m just a kind,good human”? Actually I think that’s where I’m gonna start with first in my brain rewiring. I’m just a plain GOOD HUMAN BEING. So are y’all!
