This sweet potato hash is so delicious, high in protein and super quick to make💪🏼
Ingredients:
-Avocado oil
-Onion
-1 cup of sweet potatoes
-Salt and garlic powder
-1 cup of spinach
-1 egg
-1/2 cup of egg whites
-Green onions
-Everything bagel seasoning
1. In a pan, sauté the onions. Add the 1 cup of sweet potatoes and salt and garlic powder.
2. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
3. Add 1 cup of spinach and cook for a few minutes. Add 1 egg and 1/2 cup of egg whites. Put the green onions.
4. Top with Everything bagel seasoning.
