[STORY] about these failed COOKIES 🍪

I was excited making it and think about sharing recipe but it failed lol but they are really really cute

So I had that one flour I brought with me when I moved, they didn’t want it anymore so I thought oh that might be all purpose flour so I took it. I used it few times, thought it was all purpose but there was always a little doubt what if it wasn’t but I continued to use it now I regret it.

That flour was super fine texture, very light weight, airy I don’t know what it was but I think it might be potato starch? Or maybe it was all purpose but just differently?

I tried again today but with the actual all purpose flour this time, same recipe, same measurement but the dough texture was different. It was more moisty sticky, it was successful at taste but not the shape haha

Anyway I’ll try baking the ice cream cookies again soon it was fun!
