Fluffiest korean egg bread (Gyeran-ppang) 💞😋❤️

HI THERE!! Ever wanted to try this korean street food??🫵🫶~This is a popular egg bread from korea, it is both sweet and salty and sooo goodd ‼️ Really easy to make with just a few simple ingredients that can be found in your home~Lets get started~💓

Ingredients:

Batter:

80g milk

1tsp vanilla

40g sugar

1 egg

20g butter

90g flour

1 tsp baking powder

Topping:

Egg

Slice cheese

Bake at

200°C 15 mins

Steps~

Step 1: In a bowl, add in the milk, vanilla, sugar,egg, butter, flour and baking powder

Step 2: Mix the ingredients well together until a smoothh batter is formed.

Step 3: Once the batter is formed, prepare a cupcake tray.

Step 4: Add in abt a tbsp of batter. Add some slice cheese and an egg!

Step 5: Do the same until the the batter is finished

Step 6: Bake these at 200°C 15 mins

Step 7: Take out of the oven and enjoy!
