trying out rachael’s viral salad 🥗

i love a good salad that isn’t lettuce (i LOVE the hot girl summer salad), so when i saw people reviewing Rachael Kirkconnell’s salad i had to give it a try myself.

it’s basically cucumbers and peppers with the ginger dressing but i wasn’t the craziest of fans for it. i think i’m just not the biggest fan of ginger, but i’ll still give it a 7/10.
