Hi babes! It’s been a year ye I tak update content kat Lemon8 🥹 Today i nak share my journey i minum green tea kosong everyday for almost 2 weeks dah 😋 Firstly, i started minum green tea sebab i nak kurangkan sugar intake, so i memang akan minum green tea kosong je every morning, jadi takdelah i rasa nak minum air manis je pagi pagi. And… these are some changes that i noticed 😍

MELANCARKAN SISTEM PEMBUANGAN 💩

Bila dah jadikan green teas ni as my morning routine, i noticed that i sangat la senang untuk membuang, kalau tak dulu, masa i kat kolej kan, i sembelit la, tapi bila dah start minum green tea ni, hari hari i akan membuang lancar je. So perut i dah tak bloated dah, kalau tak dulu mmg banyak angin 😭 Kalau korang ada masalah sembelit, you should try minum green tea, sangat lawas. 😭👍🏻

IMPROVE SKIN CONDITION ✨

Next, bukan tu je, i notice skin i makin better tau, it’s not la a big change sangat pun, sebab my skin type is acne prone, so biasa memang kerap pun tumbuh jerawat every 2/3 weeks (hormonal acne or when i tak jaga muka i properly), pastu bila minum green tea everyday ni i perasan jerawat i dah kurang tumbuh 🥹 maybe sebab i pun kurangkan sugar intake kan, bila minum green tea ni, i rasa kurang nak minum air manis, less craving makanan manis ni.

WEIGHT MAINTAIN 🌱

Kenapa i kata dia maintainkan je berat? Sebabnyaa even i rasa lapar pun, i tak rasa nak makan sangat. Pastu green tea membantu untuk membakar lemak dalam perut, berat i tak turun dan tak naik, static je 52kg nak kata nampak makin kurus tak laa, but you can feel the differences, badan you rasa sihat 💪🏻 Actually banyak lagi benefits of green tea, but i just share yang mana i boleh relate je, yang terkesan kat badan i 🫶🏻

As for me, i suka minum waktu pagi, during or after breakfast, waktu petang petang pun okay, if you nak ngeteh dgn family you kan, so if dorang minum teh tarik ke apa, you choose la for healthier drink which is ✨GREEN TEA✨, if you taksuka nak minum green tea kosong macamtu, you bolehla add on madu jugak, seeloknya madu asli la so it still good for your body la 🤩

MY FAV BRAND OF GREEN TEA

I dulu pernah try Ahmad Tea (yang green tea la), tapi i taksuka rasa diaa, even though dorang green tea jugak, tapi rasa lain lain tau, ada yang macam kureng sedap, rasa cam nak muntah, takleh telan, dulu kalau minum Ahmad Tea tuu i akan campur dgn madu, pastu still minum tak habiss 😭 Ni i baru balik dari college, and i start minum balik green tea, pastu i perasan la ada Harada Yabukita Blend Green tea ni dkt rumah, actually ni kakak i beli time dia gi Jepun dulu, dulu dia beli banyak banyak, i tak minum pun sebab tak minat, sekarang i la yang perhabiskan green tea dekat rumahh 🤪🤪 Oh btw this brand ada je jual dekat Aeon, Jaya grocer, kat shop** pun ada, harga pun affordable and ada halal 🫶🏻
