Asked the “coach” on other methods of drinking daitto but did not receive any tips back. 🫠
I just add cold water to the matcha daitto.
Although it says 200ml of water (reading from the box on the direction of usage) I tried and think it’s still too sweet for my liking & I added more water. It does have this whey taste just like any other protein shake but the matcha flavour helps to cover it.
Mizu - tastes like apple cider.

Lunch
X2 chewable pills. 30 mins before meal
Instead of daitto, I had cabbage soup. 🥣 no carbs.
Took a banana and 1/4 sweet corn as snack
Dinner
X2 chewable pills. (( did not wait 30 mins cause I forgot!! & I needed to finish my meal to put the baby to bed ))
No. I did not take daitto.
I had 2 X sesame chicken wings, vege with scrambled egg , 3 prawns. No carbs though.
To make it up, I went for a jog after putting the baby to bed.
Did I follow the coach D1-3 reset? No 😅
I thought a more sustainable diet that I can follow throughout seems more likely to help me achieve my goal.
Did the pills help to curb hunger? No. My husband ate fish&chips in front of me. I felt like caving in. At the same time a punch in his face 🥊 😒
I do feel hungry but it was still bearable.
Went to grab a banana.
I know feeling hungry is not a good sign. By the time it’s meal time, your body absorbs more.
