* 1 can pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust
* 4-5 chicken tenders diced, cooked
* Buffalo sauce, added to chicken (measure with your heart and soul)
* Parsley
* 3 tbsp butter, melted with parsley and 2 tsp minced garlic
* Shredded mozzarella cheese
Bake Temperature: 400F
Bake Time: 10-20 minutes (Depends on how crispy you want your crust, I cook my puffs for about 15-16 minutes.)
Pan Type: Jumbo muffin pan (6 muffins)
1. Chop up your chicken and cook in a saucepan on medium heat.
2. Once chicken is cooked add your buffalo sauce and let simmer for 1-2 minutes.
3. Unroll your pizza crust and cut into 6 squares.
4. Spray your muffin pan with nonstick spray.
5. Add your pizza dough to each tin and shape it a bit.
6. Take your chicken off the stove.
7. Add a little buffalo sauce into your crust.
8. Following with cheese then your buffalo chicken.
9. Then top with cheese and some parsley.
10. Bake at 400F for 10-20 minutes, cook time is based on how crispy you want your puffs.
11. Take out of oven and make a garlic butter using 3 tbsp butter, 2 tsp minced garlic, and parsley.
12. Brush your butter on each puff.
