The best decision I made in 2024 was chopping them off! I’m six weeks post-op. I used to be a 36H-F, and while I'm still swollen, I’ve gone from a 3X to a large. I'm beyond happy and have no regrets!

I feel like there’s a big misconception that large breasts automatically mean back pain. Some might have that issue, but thankfully, I never dealt with back pain (except during PMS). For me, it was chronic shoulder pain from the weight and my bra straps digging into my shoulders, leaving indentation marks (which are slowly going away, btw).

( Don’t judge how I look after i got it done i was 2 days post op and was finally not in the clouds and feeling almost normal !! 😭😭🤦🏾‍♀️)
