ゴボウ、椎茸、生姜などが一緒に入っていて満足感あり。濃すぎず ご飯を引き立てるマイルドな味付け。風味のいい海苔との相性もよく、おむすびの具材としてよく合います！

おむすびは、山形県産『つや姫』と長野県産『心つかい』を主に使用して毎日日替わりで握ってるとのこと。

A five-star rice meister cooks the rice by adjusting the water and heat! So we can really enjoy the delicious taste of rice and onigiri.

I ordered:

* Salt Onigiri (150 yen)

* Chicken Miso Onigiri (250 yen)

The salt onigiri was amazing! You can taste the sweetness, aroma, and umami of the rice. Simple salt onigiri is always the best when the rice is great! 🥺

The chicken miso onigiri is really popular and packed full. It also had burdock, shiitake mushrooms, and ginger. The taste wasn’t too strong, and it made the rice taste even better.

By the way, brown rice is very popular. When I went at 11:00, it was already sold out! 🥺
