Culinary Delights at Le Café Cent-Dix in Ithaca

Hi everyone，it's me again，i would like to share a fantastic French Restaurant to you guys in ithaca，it's really good and I must recommend some wonderful dishes with you guys❗❗❗

The daily meal package brought to us was a warm and soft brioche. The butter was softened to the point where it effortlessly melted, and the unique aroma of the bread mixed with the butter's milky fragrance still makes me praise it to this day whenever I mention it to someone.

The French caramelized onion soup appeared on the menu, and there was no reason not to order it. The melted Gruyère cheese on top was excellent, and the small piece of baguette soaked up the slightly sweet soup. "Do you think I can ask for the recipe?" The raw egg yolk on the beef tartare looks rich and luxurious just by its appearance.

The Duck Breast is a rare Friday special, and the slow-roasted duck meat is tender and delicious. We also ordered steak. The steak meat somehow had a taste similar to pork belly, and it's hard to say which one I liked more compared to the flat iron steak. However, judging by the expression of the meat lovers sitting across from me, they seemed extremely satisfied with how the chef cooked the steak.

Everything in this restaurant is delicious; no wonder it's the hottest French cuisine spot in Ithaca.
