HOW TO MAKE STRAWBERRY CLUSTERS

If you’ve been on TikTok or Instagram lately then you know that these strawberry clusters have gone viral lately! It seems that there have been mixed opinions about them, so I’m going to share my recipe which I consider has a perfect yogurt to strawberry ratio if you aren’t a big yogurt fan like me.

These are super easy to make and are the perfect healthy summer treat! If you need more quick and healthy summer recipes, make sure to follow me so you don’t miss out! And tag a friend who you would make this with!

Ingredients:

● 1 cup chopped strawberries

● Heaped spoon of yogurt (i use vegan greek yogurt by kitehill)

● Drizzle of honey (around 1 tbsp)

● 1 bar of chocolate (i use ethiopian dark chocolate from Trader Joe’s)

Directions:

Wash and cut the strawberries into fairly small chunks, then add the yogurt and honey and mix well. Onto some parchment paper, lay out large scoops of the mixture and pack together. Freeze for around 4 hours. Then melt your chocolate for 1.5 mins in the microwave. You can also add a tsp of coconut oil to your chocolate. Then dip the clusters into the chocolate. Freeze for a couple more hours if the clusters start melting, but you should find that the chocolate freezes instantly.
