All you have to do is thoroughly mix protein powder, oatmilk, and melted vegan chocolate chips. Then add your favorite toppings! You can get creative here - any type of sliced fruit and superfoods is a great combination.
In general, I would highly recommend this technique of sneaking protein powder into dessert recipes. Of course this makes them more healthy, but it also adds a unique punch to the taste. There are lots of protein powders out there with all different kinds of flavors you can incorporate. Here I used a standard Hum Nutrition one, but I’ve seen people do this with matcha, which I can imagine gives your food a nice kick.
You can also substitute the oatmilk with any plant based milk. I highly recommend Califia Farms! Vegan chocolate chips are also much easier to find than one might think! I get mine from Target, and the brand is Enjoy Life.
