🍋🍋🍋🍋 I really enjoy these fruit bowls and yes I do see that I have 4 eggs but I don't eat the yolk and I am hungry !! It's ok ! It's better than eating a fast food meal or processed foods. I am just blessed to get back on track and very happy with my results so far. I have not checked my weight but my blood pressure is regulated and that's my reason for starting the Valencia diet .
