I am asked quite often “how do you find motivation” and truth is, I don’t find it and I don’t always have it. I do remind myself tomorrow me will thank me.

Some days I do a little more than others. I have learned that it’s really a balance. I need to push a little, but also give myself some grace 🫶🏻

Some of my night non negotiables:

Clean kitchen

Vacuum living room

Start dishwasher

Get my coffee ready for the morning

Get my kids clothes ready for the next day
