Lets go back to August of 2022 i had this bestfriend I’ve known for 3 years+ we are gonna call her ‘Leslie’ (pst she had a boyfriend)

and at the time i was dating a boy named Cristian, So me cristian and ‘Leslie’ would always hangout in a local park near our house since we all lived close to eachother, months past everything was going so good with me and Cristian until our 1 year anniversary which was in May 11. So i planned some gifts for Cristian with ‘Leslie’ and i recieved a call that same day and it was my bestfriends boyfriend saying she cheated on him with MY BOYFRIEND (they slept with eachother) he sent me ss of some of their chats pf how they would talk to eachother all weird ifyk what i mean, so i was i’ shock i didnt know how to react so i just went outside of her house and confronted my boyfriend first, i called him and told him if he did cheat, i showed him the screenshots and he said “no i would never do that to you” Then my Bestfriend recieved a text little did he know i was with leslie and I HAD HER PHONE, he basically said to not say anything and to just say nothing happened that it was all rumors, so i texted back “Its Melanie Im with her, how could you do this to me when i gave you everything” and ran out of Leslies house balling my eyes, i went to my other friend Fernandas house and she comforted me and i never spoke to them again. All though ‘Leslie’ would text me everyday apologizing and my ex would call me everyday, he went to my house once but thankfully i wasnt there. That day i felt so heartbroken and ashamed of how far i would go for someone when i truly love them and how low they went for me. Since that day ive changed alot, im not the same innocent little girl i was, i feel so drained and useless sometimes. But i know it was all a lesson for what God has planned for me❤️
