Vision boards have been trending on tiktok & for good reason! I did one last year and became so much happier and healthier - i feel like they really have a hugee impact on the year ahead. i cant recommend it enough 👍

HOW TO MAKE A VISION BOARD

✈️ Identify KEY AREAS

✈️ Create a pinterest board/IRL board (daiso cork boards work great!)

✈️ Start adding photos!

TIPS

⭐️ Use POV-style photos that feel like you took them yourself

⭐️ Following a colour theme can look more comprehensive

⭐️ Be SPECIFIC: e.g. exercise? What kind of exercise?

For me, my key areas were

- Health: food, exercise, meditation & sleep

- Learning: grades, learning processes

- Dopamine detox: visual arts, physical art

- Friendships: hangouts, staying in touch

this is my second year doing a vision board & honestly i think i’ll be doing it for years to come!! give me more ideas of what to add hehe
