Should I leave my job for this offer?

Feeling tired and unappreciated because my boss decided to tasked me to do 2 person's job, and I'm just a contract staff. Because of that, I also have to work with a colleague, whom I would say no one likes because of her working style. The way she talk is really rude & demanding, as if I offended her in some way.

But of course, there are some things I enjoy about my work:

- Job scope is ok, but heavy 🥴

- Good AL (21 days 😬)

- Colleagues are ok except for that 1 person. Boss is also soso~

Always wanted to have a perm role, but right now, having a HUGE dilemma bcos I have an offer which I'm not very sure if I'm up for it?

The pros i see now is higher salary & perm role.

As of why I'm having dilemma is bcos;

- this role requires me to be all rounder, having to learn 3 different areas/roles whereby, I will start of with A first, then after I excel in A (3-6mths), I will then have to learn B while still doing A. Once I fully learned B, I will then have the chance to switch over to B. It is required to learn 3 different roles so that when one of the area is busy, they will require us to help out.

side note: I thought i will be doing the role similar to what im currently doing now, but after clarifying again after my interview, they decided to have me start off in a different role first due to manpower shortage

- AL is 6 days lesser than my current (15 days) & i have to keep 3 days for firm closure, hence 12 days 🫠

- thinking back, 🚩?: interviewer told me they have more interviews hence will need some time to get back but they got back to me abt 3hrs later to informed that they are keen to offer me. also, i was given less than 24hours to sign the offer letter & was told that i have been dragging the offer (verbal offer).

I have already signed the offer but as time pass, i kinda don’t feel good about this.

I don't know what to do ...
