In honor of my own upcoming trip to Mexico City, I thought I’d share the top breakfast spots I’m most looking forward to visit during my stay - all located in the Roma district.

As the psycho planner my family and friends love me as, it was only natural that I’d dive deep into researching the best restaurants, bars, and sites for my upcoming trip.

So which are the spots I’ve booked for breakfast and can’t wait to try?

Panadería Rosetta

This coveted bakery is most loved for their pastries and other sweet treats. Located in the stunning Porfirian House, this chic cafe serves up an atmosphere that’s as gorgeous as the food. Here, the presentation of each dish is unmatched, serving up one of the most beautiful breakfast experiences this area has to offer. The restaurant also features a separate rooftop restaurant that offers an even more sophisticated culinary experience that’s perfect for cocktails and dinner.

This restaurant, café, and bakery is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Whether you’re craving sweet pastries or a hearty breakfast plate, this spot’s got it all. So if you can’t decide between hitting up a bakery or full-blown breakfast restaurant, this restaurant checks all the boxes.
