Just want to share my journey on why I started gymming π Iβve always been the type that would run everyday and feel like the gym can be quite intimidating. However, Iβm lucky to have my twin sister to accompany me on this π«Άπ½
Cuz I didnβt want to look lost in the gym, my sister and I booked The Gym Pod @ Punggol Park to familiarise with the equipment first, then join anytime fitness after!
Initially, I start gymming cuz I wanted to slim down. But after gymming for a few months, I feel like my main goal was to build strength and muscles. π
I also started to meal prep with more protein and less carbs and preferably cut down on the sugar intake (but I canβt resist ice coffee & bbt π«€,hence my bulky figure)
Going to the gym not only allows me to stay fit, I also made new friends and joined running event with them π«Άπ½
I always feel a sense of satisfaction and happiness after gymming βΊοΈ prolly due to the release of endorphins.
Iβve been gymming for about 2 years now and I totally did not regret it! I believe consistency will bring you the results that you want.
