Is the Youthforia blush worth it?

This is the Youthforia BYO Color Changing Oil Blush. I was so excited to try this product because I thought it sounded so cool!

The blush is a fairly lightweight oil that stays pretty well although it is not transfer proof. This is my first time trying an oil blush and I don’t know that it really suits me personally because I tend to get oily so I blot frequently throughout the day. It is also kind of promoted as being good for the skin, and I do think that since it is an oil, it could help with staying moisturized.

If you like a glowy look, the sort of oil sheen might be perfect for you to give a nice natural glow. It isn’t too hard to blend when it’s first applied, but once it sets, it doesn’t really move. I think this is a blush best blended with your hand. It claims that everyone will get a different shade because of the chemical reaction but I think it is more so that the pink just happens to look different on various skin tones.

The thing about this blush though, is that it is so expensive! $36 dollars for a pretty simple pink blush is overpriced in my opinion (I got it on sale) and I think that a liquid or cream blush could give a similar effect for less. This is a vegan and cruelty free product so it does get points for that at least.
