airports for the best international flight deals

Flying gets more and more expensive every year, and it's getting harder to find good deals for international travel. Regardless of your home airport, in some cases the deals at these major airports may be worth booking to them domestically and then jumping on the lower-priced flight from the hub.

IMPORTANT: If you go this route, be sure to give yourself plenty of time between flights in case something goes wrong with your original flight. I even like to go the day before and make a mini-trip out of the layover. If you're saving hundreds of dollars vs. a route from your home airport, it can certainly be worth it!

Be sure to sign up for email notifications from the airlines with hubs at each of these locations. They tend to put out the best deals/sales so you don't miss it.
