🥣 greek yogurt bowl

i prefer fage 0% yogurt, but use your favorite!

top with..

- fruit (i use berries most often)

- nuts, seeds, bee pollen

🥑 avocado toast

a tried and true classic! pair with eggs for extra basic points

🍽️ protein plate

utilize leftovers and structure a balanced plate with a protein source, complex carb, and veggies. i have a bunch of examples let me know if you guys want some more 🌜

🥬 taco salad

i prep ground turkey cooked with siete taco seasoning and throw it on a salad with some (also prepped!!) fajita veggies for peak lazy weeknight flavor
