Come With me To The Nyack, NY Street Fair

Okay as I'm sure you've noticed at this point, street fairs have become a major part of my life. I didn't realize how many I went to until I started documenting them. I don't know what it is about them, but I just love going to them, walking around, eating street food, people watching, etc. Anyway, I recently went to yet another street fair, but this time we travelled to Nyack, NY. Okay, "travelled" is a bit of a stretch because it's only about 30 mins away from us, but it's in another state technically so you get what I mean. Keep reading for a quick recap of what we did!

WHAT I WORE:

It was the perfect fall day and I had just gotten this gorgeous brown cardigan from Vrg Girl in the mail a couple days before, so I decided it I would take her out for a spin. I styled it with a white long sleeve fitted tee from Walmart, my Levi's 501 jeans, and a pair of Boston Birks. I felt like it was the perfect fall fair look. Super cute and cozy, but also comfortable for walking around. Since there were so many people and tents around, there was almost nowhere to stop and take outfit photos, so we snuck onto a side street and found the wall to snap some shots.

WHAT WE ATE:

Our first order of business when we got to the fair was to grab a bite to eat. There were so may different food vendors, but we were immediately enticed by the sausage and peppers truck. It was soooo good! I don't know what it is about street food, but it always tastes amazing.

MORE FUN VENDORS:

After we ate, we spent the rest of our time walking around and exploring as many of the vendors as we could before our feet got tired. There was so many great clothing and accessories shops selling some super cute pieces. I love seeing small businesses getting to showcase their products. There was an insane amount of people at the fair so it's great exposure for businesses to get their names out there.

We also stopped and watched one of the live musicians play a couple songs. I'm not going to lie, he was great and super talented, but the noise was a lot for us so we didn't last long standing there. Again, he was really good though and it added a fun vibe to the event.
