When you’re tired of avocado toast or want to change things up, then give this high protein edamame spread toast a try!! It has a whopping 27g of protein in less than 400 calories and it tastes as delicious as it is healthy.
Recipe -
Edamame Spread:
- 1/2 cup edamame
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- a lil smoked paprika
- a lil salt (i like celtic salt)
- a lil lemon squeeze
- fresh dill
Pulse/blend to your desired consistency. I like it a little chunky.
Toast one ezekial bread and add edamame apread with one cut up boiled egg. I seasoned with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
