IBS runs in my family and bloating used to be a constant struggle for me, but I’ve found some simple strategies that have made a huge difference!

3. Walking. I’ve found that taking a walk after meals, especially dinner, can really help with digestion. Walking stimulates digestion and helps food move through the digestive tract more efficiently. It’s a simple habit, but it’s made a noticeable difference in how I feel after eating.
