I work from home, mostly on tech devices like my laptop and phone, so if I’m not intentional, my cortisol can get way out of whack. When we have elevated cortisol (stress hormone), it can cause weight gain, face puffiness, fatigue, and more.

One way we can reduce cortisol is by burning a calming candle- however, most candles on the market contain chemicals that will harm your hormones!
