75 SOFT WEEK ONE

I started following a program of workouts and meal prepping. It's been a about two years of not prepping seriously, after my last body building show. I decided to push myself and jump back on the wagon.

Also, I have been doing this for quite a while, a lost a lot of weight this week, mostly because it is water weight.

I'll be documenting my journey. I of course was starving this week, and the phone did NOT eat first. LOL.

But going forward I will try and document food, workouts, weight, and progress.
