what i eat in a day ! 3/13/2024

hi everyone!

i figured i’d post something about what my typical eating looks like as working barista currently on a weight loss journey and ed recovery :)

Not every day looks like this, but i’m trying to change my mindset so I know that is totally okay! My main goal right now if the better my eating, drink more water so I can just overall feel great about myself!

DISCLAIMER: i am aware of the boycott against ⭐️💵 (where i work) and i am doing everything i can to support palestine despite it (donating, protesting, sharing info). Also if anyone has questions about said boycott please reach out! I pay for none of the food and drinks as i only get them during my shifts. 🇵🇸 🍉
