Managing Sunday Scaries 👻 & Monday Blues 😣

Let’s #BeReal , once we have started #WorkingLife , Sunday nights can be unpleasant because the next day is Monday and most of us will have to go to work 🥲 Regardless of whether we like or do not like our job, most people will feel Sunday Scaries or Monday Blues, myself included.

The two things I do to manage my own emotion is to plan my outfits according to theme so that I don’t have to think about it on daily basis and I also plan fun activities that get me excited!
