📝 Note-Taking

From school lectures to work meeting minutes to planning a party, you can’t do without a note-taking app. Some like notability even allow you to record audio as you take notes, which remains synced to your taken notes, allowing efficient revisiting of key moments in your lecture/meeting. Others like Goodnotes offer a myriad of beautiful backgrounds and textures to make note-taking pretty and enjoyable. Though really, they’re pretty similar now that they’ve caught onto what makes each of them unique in the first place. 💁🏻‍♀️

🎨 Art/Doodles/Journal

Whether you wanna be the next big Insta artist, or just want to do random doodling, arm yourself with the BEST apps that allow you to take full advantage of your new iPad’s capabilities. From industry standard Procreate, which has spawned an entire industry of its own, to more bare bones but easy to use Paper and Adobe Sketch, find the app that’s most suited to your use.

📚Reading/Books

I’ve covered Libby and Pressreader in my other post HERE 📚. They are linked to NLB, giving you access to libraries of ebooks and magazines. Medium offers many quality articles for a small fee.

📑 PDF/Scans

For PDF books and documents, I add them to Adobe Acrobat or Apple Books, which allow me to highlight and annotate them. Adobe Scan is also great for scans (LOL as its name has already suggests), or you could simply use Apple’s own Notes for pdf scanning too!
